Rented a property from the company. Severe rising damp appeared and emailed the company to be told they dont manage the property only let them. However comes to moving out of the property and my bond has to go to dispute because of the damp issues the landlord never rectified. And as by magic the estate agents apparently now manages the property? 2 faced people who are not in business to protect tenants from poor landlords. Oh and too add the property had no heating facilities apart from night storage heaters which didnt heat the house to legal requirements I later found out but still charged 595 rent. Wouldnt use this company ever again.
I put in a final and best offer (50% over the asking price) and they couldn't even be bothered to let me know the outcome!
