I can recommend Link Agency as I have been a tenant for the last 2,5 year. The staff was always very helpful and it was easy to get in touch with them. I got the bond back with no problems. I would definitely use their service in the future.
I would most certainly avoid this agent at all costs! We moved in to a property which was absolutely filthy we had it cleaned we also had no heating for 4 days when moved in tjey are closed weekends and you can only contact via google yet it never submits. We had the house decorated and professionaly cleaned we left and 7 weeks later still no sign of our deposit back until today and we wont be getting anything back. They are horrible agents very rude etc. I would never ever reccomend these agents if it was the last thing i did!! PLEASE BE AWARE!
As a landlord with this agency, I would not recommend. They work only in the interest of the tenant, despite the fact you pay a lot of money to them. In fact I'm not even sure what they do for their money. They engage contractors to do unnecessary work on your property, obviously they are being paid on the side by the contractors. I have left this agency and have put my properties elsewhere, they are dreadful!
Can't recommend them highly enough! Link have managed my property for 6.5 years. In that time they have provided me with 3 tenants, all of whom were superb and respected my property as if it were their own.Any issues that would arise with the house were handled extremely quickly and any tradesmen used were of the highest calibre.Thank you Link for the outstanding service.
