Bought a mattress almost two years ago, brilliant coustomer service not pushy in the slightest, told the guy in the shop I was on a budget and he showed me a wide range to fit that budget, free delivery out of town that same day too! Would defiantly recommend
Do not buy from this shop. Are passing off their second hand furniture from home as new and selling in local selling sites. I was given the measurements of a sofa from them and I checked the sofa would fit. When arrived it didnt. Refused to take back even when I offered money to reimburse for delivery. Sofa dumped in my garden and refused to take back. Bearing in mind Im a single mum in my own, it arrived really late not when promised. The manager then turned up at my front door!!! Its halfnpast seven and Im trying to get my baby to bed. Refusing to leave, blocking the street with her van, abusive, threatening. I was told I didnt know who I was messing with ( the owner of the shop) I took this as a threat and have had to report this to the police. I kid you not it was like something out of a gangster movie. She eventually left leaving me really shaken up. I gave cash on delivery for the sofa. No receipt given nothing. Has left me feedback on local selling site claiming I refused to give money or furniture back??? I had to give a neighbour the money to give her as she was horrible and I was trying to feed my son. So even the sofa is not worth the hassle. Tea stains on it, rips, dropped I dont know how many times outside. Selling their own cast off furniture from home as new!! More of a charity shop than a business. Seriously shop somewhere else.
