Dont waste your time! I booked an appointment for today. They said they would be coming between 9 & 10. I rang to make sure they were still coming but they had forgot about us and wouldnt be coming until later in the day. They still wanted my business despite no apology... first impressions are everything, ill be placing my order elsewhere and also youve lost out on 2 customers as my brother wanted his carpets from you.

Staff at the shop very helpful the guys fitting the floor worked so hard, however the mess left along with all the rubbish is disgusting. Even after ringing the shop and asking them to remove their rubbish it was still left. Called the shop to ask for a manager to ring me and they never called back. once they have your money you are finished clearly. This was not Mentioned when we paid and spending 1500 we expected much more. My partner said never again.
