Great staff but today did not have what I required

A hidden gem, out of the normal town centre. Little shop packed with goods. Exactly the sort of place you don't see these days, as Curry's seems to have taken over. Average prices but the staff here seem to be knowledgeable. An asset to the town.
As people new to the area, we were pleased to discover Gotch's: a decent range of appliances, extremely friendly staff, good advice and helpful, friendly service that was never pushy. We bought exactly what we were hoping for at a good price on a Friday, and by the following Monday it had been delivered, unpacked and installed by cheerful, efficient delivery men. Well done all. We will shop here again.
Brilliant service from a local business, they help with all aspects when you purchase a product whether it's big or small. If you require information about the product... they know their stuff... and will deliver very quickly which is a bonus when your appliance has broken down!!I always try to buy from independent traders so having this store on my doorstep is excellent.
