If I could rate 0 stars I would, cheap poor quality rubbish thats didnt last a day, customer service is discusting had to get trading standards involved to get my money back as lewis poskitt who owns the business just ignores all messages and calls he even deleted the Facebook page as there were hundreds of bad comments from unhappy customers going through the same as us AVOID AVOID AVOID .
DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM DIRT MONSTER UK !!! I ordered from there on the 5th of december 800 pounds worth or stuff for my 2 children phone on the Wednesday to find out where my items was I got told thay was in transit got told this again on the Thursday but the friday I phoned up agin too be told my items had never left the shop beacuse thayy dint even have them in stock when I placed my order so I asked for a refund I got told I would get it the same day 5days later im still waiting rung them yesterday and today and got told the money will show today rung paypal and no transaction has been made for a refund so I am now having to wait upto 30 days for My money back :'( and 800pound down thayy have ruined my children's christmas
