I went in your post office this morning to cash in my giro and felt like a criminal the way the staff spoke to me they said I didn't fill in my giro Wright then the fella said it was ok then they gave me the wrong amount of money for the two giro's I wanted to cash no apologie at all and another lady was next to me wanted to to how much it was for a parcel to get somewhere before Christmas his manner stunk they way he spoke to her said in an horrible manner if you wanted to get it there before Christmas you should of fetched it in early and gave her a form to fill in even thou he new she could not speak English well he could of helped her they both should go on a customer care course they even opened five minutes late they just stood there looking out the window I will never go in your shop again
