I have just rang to ask if there are nhs spaces and was told yes but to ring back tmor. I asked why and was told she's going home as finnishing at 4pm. (It was 15.45 when I rang) I said I felt she was being really rude to me, she snapped saying she'll stay on and do I want to register or not. I said no way not now, and tried to say that she was rude, but she snapped at me saying she's not putting up with this and put phone down on me!! I rang back to explain that I really don't understand her anger, she snapped at me again and put phone down on me!! I am absolutely in shock!! If there are this many complaints about her why is she still there? I will be complaining to the practice manager tmor as I have the 2nd call recorded. If no joy I will go further. What a horrible nasty woman. I'm debating whether to go in my break tmor to see if she'd like to talk to my face in that way. Absolutely horrible

Disgusting receptionist. An impudent old chicken who considers herself a queen. Arrogantly treats people who need to make an appointment. In a past life she was probably a Hitler. Because of her, this institution has no desire to visit. When will she finally be fired? Why should people suffer and spoil their nerves communicating with this monster ?!
I was very grateful to have a pain free treatment shortly after making the appointment. The dentist is a quiet gentle chap and the dental nurse ever nice too.
