APPAULING SERVICE - RUINED MY DRESS!!Had to leave 1 star to be able to review. The ONE thing every bride dreads is the dress not being right. I bought the dress I fell in love with from this shop. Was all roses while we were spending money but after that we had nothing but trouble.. couple never get hold of anyone, answer phones, emails and no responses half the time. I wanted to alter the dress and again was ignored until I took to facebook. Then after losing weight my dress was hanging off me, I could pull it down while fastened. When I went to the fitting the hoop we had paid 120 for wasnt left out so the seamstress couldnt fit me properly (Sharon was awol again) I work 40 hours and neither the seamstress or the shop were accommodating to this so I had to travel an hour to the seamstress house to continue the fitting at the weekend.. when we tried the dress on after the initial fitting it was too tight!! You put on weight I was told ERM 3 days ago it was too big so I highly doubt that I replied. I was told I needed to lose weight to fit in it. I was sent away and told my dress would be ready on the Thursday - no mention of another fitting or anything so I was extremely upset and stressed as only 3 weeks away from my special day I didnt have a dress that fit. We took the dress and went to a local shop who helped me try the dress on to find that it had been altered even more and we couldnt fasten it again!! I had to buy a second dress with only 7 days to go before the wedding.. Sharons response its the seamstress fault no apology, no offer to help nothing. I have contacted Mori-Lee as this is the only reason I ended up here in the first place.My advice .. go somewhere else!! She is only interested when your giving her money, her attitude and customer care is none and in her words I dont have to do anything once the dress is paid for absolutely disgusting and she ruined what is supposed to be the best part of a brides experience. Im just glad not all businesses behave in such a way.
