After an awful visit earlier this year which made me reluctant to return Jimmy was super helpful, friendly and didn't force me into buying something I didn't want. Stewart was very helpful with the finance also. Would recommend as left with the car I wanted and paying less than I expected.

again the Goole branch is terrible, what a shower of poop! Service receptionist is clueless! As last time she said the rear bushes would stop the squealing on the front end! Really, how would that stop this?? Also claimed the seat was fixed last time I took it there, guess what? It was still broken!! What a joke this place is, anybody who takes there pride and joy there will need there head testing. Seems now I will have to use a different garage and forward the bill onto stoneacre. This is for warranty work that they were supposed to have done in the past! Get a grip and train your staff
After a rocky visit last year I have to say this year was exceptional, Laura on the Service desk could not be more helpful and couldn't do enough for me, a credit to the team and I will be defiantly recommending them to my family and friends, Thankyou.
Matt and Jack in Doncaster gave really good service, from arranging the initial test drives, to the hand-over when the car was ready. Recommended. This, incidentally, is my fourth car from Stoneacre Doncaster, so they must be doing something right.
